Payment is due on the date of service.

Accounts that have outstanding balances over 30 days will result in termination of services.

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be billed half of your appointment cost.

Emails

I encourage you to email me a week to ten days after starting new remedies. It is good to touch base once a week to let me know how you’re progressing. You can email updates as often as you feel is needed. I will not always respond to every email you send but I do read them all. I respond to emails that are URGENT first. Typically, I will return an email response withing 24-48 hours. If you have not received an email in that time frame you can resend your email. Website and email issues do occur.

All general email updates and general questions regarding dosing and simple recommendations will be answered for free.

If you need me to change current dosing schedules or muscle test for acute issues or flares there is a charge of $25 for each email. If there is more information needed you can schedule an acute consult via skype.
